NoCeiling Summit 2025

CXXO NoCeiling Summit 2025, hosted in partnership with TiECon Delhi, brought together India’s leading women founders, investors, and technologists driving the country’s DeepTech and AI revolution. The day opened with two powerful CXXO Masterclasses by Monisha Banerjee (Anudip Foundation) and Pragya Misra (OpenAI), setting the tone for conversations on leadership, disruption, and scaling innovation responsibly. In her keynote, Vani Kola, Managing Director at Kalaari Capital, urged women to “Dare to Disrupt” — to dream boldly and build fearlessly, setting the spirit for what followed.

Throughout the day, thought-provoking sessions explored India’s DeepTech ambitions and the pivotal role of women in shaping them. Anna Roy (NITI Aayog) spoke about India’s pursuit of technological sovereignty, while Vikram Chopra (CARS24), Rucha Nanavati (Mahindra & Mahindra), and Rajashree R (Tech Mahindra) shared perspectives on accelerating AI adoption across sectors. In an exclusive address, Radha Basu (iMerit) emphasized inclusion in building a globally competitive AI workforce, while Kalika Bali (Microsoft Research) and Niyati Chhaya (Hyperbots) discussed bridging divides to create technology that works for everyone.

The Startup Panel spotlighted founders shaping India’s DeepTech frontier — Samhita R (Resilience AI), Nikkitha Shanker (SuperBryn), and Rimjhim Agrawal (BrainSightAI) — in a conversation moderated by Jayraj Bharat Patel of Kalaari Capital. The CXXO Disruptors 2025 Awards, presented by Swati Bhargava (CashKaro), celebrated visionary women building transformative companies. Closing the day, Paroma Chatterjee (Revolut India) spoke on how technology is redefining finance, followed by the launch of Wired for Impact: Women in Ind(AI) by Neha Bagaria (HerKey). Every dialogue at the Summit echoed a shared belief — women are not just part of India’s innovation story; they are leading it.

About the Summit

The NoCeiling Summit is CXXO’s annual flagship event hosted by Kalaari Capital, bringing together India’s top women entrepreneurs, CXOs, and corporate leaders to learn, connect, and celebrate those building at scale.

Over the past three editions, it has become a must-attend event in India’s startup calendar, where inspiring women gather to share stories, exchange ideas, and forge meaningful connections.

In 2025, we are proud to present the summit in partnership with TiECon Delhi, unfolding against the backdrop of TechSwaraj: India’s Deeptech Ascent, a moment to reflect on India’s pursuit of technological sovereignty and spotlight the women shaping its very foundation.

We’re spotlighting women in deeptech and AI who’ve challenged convention and shaped the next wave of innovation through bold ideas, fearless choices, and unwavering purpose.

    FAQs

    Who should apply?

The CXXO Program is for women founder-CEOs. If you are a woman founder-CEO, building an early-stage disruptive technology business and want to receive personalized support for scaling your business, this Program is for you. We have many leaders/path makers who are passionate about seeing more women at the top of large companies dedicating their time, willing to offer their support with Kalaari Capital to make this vision possible. Founding teams with men co-founders, can also apply.

We believe Systematic support can make a difference. At Kalaari, we believe in partnering early on with founders and supporting them through their growth journey.

It is never too early! We’re always keen to meet and love interacting with early-stage women founder-CEOs on their ideas.

If you have a novel business idea, are customer obsessed and passionate about solving a problem, we want to hear from you.

Do you have any areas/spaces of interest you prefer to invest in?
We are a sector-agnostic fund and invest in all business models that have technology at its core, be it consumer, B2B, enterprise tech or direct to consumer businesses. If you are solving an interesting problem, we would love to speak to you.

What information do you need while getting in touch?

Feel free to send any resource that will allow us to understand your business better – a pitch deck, a one pager or a short video.

Once in touch, we will spend time with you to understand more about your business and provide any feedback that can be helpful for your business.

What happens after I’ve gotten in touch?
We will review the material you share with us. Please allow us two weeks to review. If your pitch or business plan fits our investment criteria, we will get in touch with you. Be assured that we will definitely respond to you with helpful feedback in case your startup does not fit our investment strategy at this time.
